How long does it take to get my new Blinds ?
All Blind Orders are processed immediately on confirmation of payment and are normally delivered within 5-15 working days from placing an order.
We will contact you if your New Blinds are likely to be delayed.
What if i have a problem ?
Any Problem with the new Blinds Supplied or in Delivering your New Blinds will be actioned immediatly on us being notified and resolved as quickly as possible.
If a Blind is Supplied damaged in transit a replacement Blind will be manufactured and delivered as soon as possible.
Delivery will be on a 48 hour service with TNT Express.
Are Blinds made here in the UK ?
All of the Wooden Blinds that we supply are Genuine Decora Branded Quality Made to Measure Sunwood, Timberlux, Santa Fe and Excel Wood Blinds and are made here in the UK.
